My battery died mid-ride?
A few weeks ago, I got in a pretty bad wreck; it put a whole in my stator cover. I replaced the cover, and whilst replacing the cover saw a small dent in the stator itself. I started it up today no problems, but while riding my speedo and odo and all of my panel died, shortly followed by my tach, then it backfired and died. charging the battery right now, but what else could it be?
the stator is bad to test it you got a 12 volt meter you can test it or you can start the bike and unplug the batty if the bike dies the stator is bad
