KDX locked engine due to fall, and once started makes rattling noise?
Got a kdx dirt bike, and it fell on the kickstart / gearbox side. The kick start locked so I couldn't start the bike. Going downhill didn't solve the problem as the rear wheel was locking.
After the engine cooled down and some ferocious kicking, the kickstart gave way and the bike started, but there was this metal to metal rattle in the engine.
Seems like a problem in the lower part of the engine, a bearing, broken crankshaft... dunno
Aslo ther bike lost power.
Of course im taking it to the mech but I would like some tips / advice of what could have happened.

well if all those probs started after you dropped it then the kick start gears/return isnt returning,it may be constantly spinning with the engine...
dropping a bike wouldn't cause the bearings/crank to knack up...
rebores on those are expensive as there nickle coated...your looking at £100 just for a rebore

Should I tell her?
My best friend Amanda lives with me and two other girls. My other friends do not like Amanda. I love her I think she is cool. They think she is weird because she has a few problems. ADD,Depression,Bipolar,OCD. Today when Amanda was not home Kenny(does not live with me) was talking about her asking me why I'm friends with her. Then Joe(does not live with me) said she should be locked up in a mental hospital. Of course I told them to shut up or get out of my house. I hate when people talk about others. She thinks they are her friends she does not know they talk about her. Should I tell her? If I do then she is going to be really hurt. Then again I can not let her believe a lie. I also told the boys if they don't stop being mean they can not come back.

People will not everyone and unfortunately the stigma around mental illness makes people weary and first though "their weird and crazy". You like Amanda right? That's all that matters. Tell your friends you like Amanda and it's alright they don't, but they need to respect the fact that you like her. Tell her that you don't appreciate the negative attitude to one of your friends and just because she suffers with mental illness does not give you the right to put her down or make her feel anyway in your or her's presence.
I wouldn't tell Amanda but if they said anything mean or hurtful to her, I'd tell them to quit it.
