Golf Cart wheels tires

how to replace the wheels on a golf bag pull cart?
I am building a cart to pull equipment onto the beach. The cart has rubber tires on it now, and I want to change the tire to 10" pneumatic tires for the easier pull. I don't know how to remove the first set of wheels. The end piece looks like a tiny fedora hat, has two indentions on the sides that hold it on. How do I remove these? And how do I put the other wheels on?
squeeze the 2 indents and it should pop off, this should allow accesss to the nut that holds the wheel in place

Which type of Golf Push Cart wheel is better? Air filled or air-less?
I'm looking at the Clicgear brand of golf cart. They have the same model, but with different kind of wheels. The 2007 model is pneumatic (air filled) and the 2008 model is spoked plastic with a solid piece of rubber around the outside. I'm wondering which one to get -- I hear pneumatic is easier to push on all surfaces and absorbs shocks, but then you have to inflate it and deal with flat tires. The only good thing with the plastic wheels is that I dont have to worry about anything, but the ride is going to be less pleasant than the air filled tires -- although there's no way I can test this unless I buy both carts. Any suggestions?

I have taken this truck a few places that people have said it could not go. I think people who say it is not capable have never seen it climb a 12 to 14 foot incline at 30 deg. or go through sand and mud that bog down other trucks.
