Other fees to import golf carts will be the FOB cost of the golf cart, the cost to ship the golf cart (via ocean I presume), customs clearance fee, and the cost to deliver the golf cart from the destination port to final delivery destination.
Besides these costs, you are also incurring risk buying direct from China. The supplier in China will require 100% payment in advance. This means the supplier will have all your money at least 30 days before you get your golf carts. What if your shipment arrives and it's the wrong golf cart? Or the carts are defective?
Since you are not in the sourcing and importing business you ought to hire a sourcing firm to handle the procurement, quality control, production control, factory management and communications, inspection, and logistics arrangements. My firm will also allow you to pay a 30-50% deposit (to a U.S. company instead of a Chinese company) and extend you 30 days credit on the balance, cutting your risk by at least half. All this for a 15-20% management fee. And, in many cases, I can speak to the factory and get a better price, thereby compensating for part or all of the cost of my services...
