Any good ideas for a packed lunch? I need to pack lunch for somebody who works as a carpenter?
He has no acess to a microwave or fridge, so I need to pack lunch in a cooler. Any good ideas? A person can have only so much peanut butter and jelly 
cold pizza can be a great and nutritious lunch.
They also sell little flasks (by Thermos) that you can fill with pasta. Pasta is easy to make and all you do is reheat in the morning and put it in the flask while hot. It will still be hot at lunchtime. You can also do stews in that flask. Beef, barley and potaoes, served with a side of chewy french bread. YUM.

How do you pack an ice chest (cooler)?
What is the most efficient way to fill an ice chest (cooler) with cans of beer and soda, along with the ice? I've always laid the cans flat at the bottom, cover with ice and repeat. I usually have 3 layers of both ice and cans. Is there another more efficient way to pack in more cans without diminishing coldness.
